Mounting USB Disk Device

Sorry for nagging too much - i'm just new! :wink:

How i mount my new fancy (SanDisk Cruzer Micro U3-Based) USB Device in Gentoo?
Can i do automount(make Gentoo mount the device every time i connect it)?

How can i do that Gentoo will mount automatically my cdrom's,usb's and stuff?
