Is there an encryption for partitions that works with Linux and *BSD?

Not as far as I know: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comparison_of_disk_encryption_software
But since linux has the option to use userland filesystems it could be that there is a solution along that path.

As I've heard on another board that there is encfs, which has been ported to BSD about two months ago and works with FUSE: http://arg0.net/encfs
But if anyone knows about another solution for my problem, please tell me...
