rp-pppoe

Hey,

this may be sound a little stupid, and probably one of those things that you just cannot solve until you see the solution and say "geez, of course!". Anyway, I'd like to kno how to allow users to use rp-pppoe. (Wanna use the graphical control for pppoe, but it only allows root to connect)
