After emerging Amarok along with kde-base, I noticed certain widgets (not sure if thats the right term) in Gnome are looking like the widgets in KDE (side scrollers on web browsers or any program with a side scroller, drop down menus, volume control, etc). Any ideas on why this has happened? It didn't take effect until after I rebooted. |

Sounds like GTK-Qt engines is running. Go to your kde control center (run kcontrol) and go to Appearance and Themes -> GTK Styles and Fonts. Make sure you select the GTK theme you want in the dropdown instead of Qt. |

Yup that did it. Updated gtk and it corrected it before my eyes o.O and I am currently updating Qt since there's a newer version available. Thanks _________________ Join me in the "Leave no thread unanswered" act. The quest to leave no thread left unanswered. |
