Gnome panel transparency problem with some apps

Hi all

I have problem that for example liferea and gajim doesn`t have transparent icon if i choose transparent gnome-panel.
But regarding changelogs these applications have allready transparent icon .In different distros i didn`t have this problem.
Miss i any package to install ? Thanks

do you use gnome 2.18?

That's just how the systray of those apps is designed, not a fault of the panel.

Another good example why the system tray spec could need some polish. It sucks atm.
