Hi,
I am trying to configure kjournald. While booting the system I can see that the interval for logging is set to 5 secs. How can I change this?
Is this possible? I want to reduce the disk accesses on my laptop to save battery power - laptop-mode is very unstable on my system. It seems that it causes some freezes.

Hi lun4,
using the commit option is exactly what laptop-mode is doing. But with laptop-mode my system freezes more often ... So I am not sure if this option really helps me. But thank you for your support.
