Ok, this is a tricky question....

Question 1:
I want to restrict my personal useraccount from traversing from my home directory upwards in the structure, ie. doing a
Code:
cd ..
in my home dir will produce a error. That's the easy part, I know, But I also would like a dir in my home that points to the toplevel dir (like a System directory). So by doing a
Code:
cd System
will actually take me to
Code:
/
.
Get it ? :)
Is this doable ? I have tried a regular symlink (ln -s) but that didn't work.
Could I mount --bind / to the dir ?

Question 2:
When I add my user to the group Wheel, am I able to install software that normally require Root access ??
