I had a perfectly working Cups and thought I needed to update it. After the update I get a 426 error must update.
Can somebody post a cupsd.conf? One that will allow you to make configuration changes from a remote IP outside of your local network. I have tried and tried to make it work. The new version of Cups in the portage tree has new features in the remote webtool I like. In my old cups. i could log in and restart jobs. It would file all print jobs. I also tried Encryption Required set to never. I still get a must use http://hostname.mydomainname.com error. I also set all of the localhost settings to allow all I have spent hours trying to get it to work. Hope somebody posts a cupsd.conf that will allow login from any computer and allow any computer to print to cups. Before I could give my friends my ipp printer address they could print to it just fine. Thanks. . . This is what I have.
