Is there a dev for this version? I need to find a dev package to be able to install my network card... also I't would be better to provide a link if you can.. because later on I will be using lynx on another system

not sure what you mean by dev, it's allready marked stable...

=sys-kernel/vanilla-sources-2.6.20.6

or if you are not using the portage tree:

ftp://ftp.kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/v2.6/linux-2.6.20.6.tar.bz2

The kernel devel, I know that It was downloaded using emerge when I was installing gentoo.. its a brand new gentoo installation. see https://forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic-t-554018-postdays-0-postorder-asc-start-50.html
