Hi,
I recently noticed that Moneydance doesn't work anymore...
The message I get from Moneydance when I try to start it is this:
| Code: | local_user@machine /moneydance $ ./Moneydance
* java is not available for sun-jdk-1.5 on i686
* IMPORTANT: some Java tools are not available on some VMs on some architectures |
Well, I found this in the Gentoo forums, and when I type "java-config --java", I get:
| Code: | local_user@machine ~ $ java-config --java
!!! ERROR: The active vm could not be found |
Err, I did update the computer recently, but I don't think Java was removed or stuff...
Anyone know how to solve this problem?

What is the output of java-config -L?

Hmm, I don't really know how all that should look, but it seems like Java is installed and everything should be right...
Only nothing with Java is working... I also use Jin (chess client) and that doesn't work either... Anyone? |

I did a sync, an update, a depclean and a revdep-rebuild.. (I think)..
Still didn't work but.. anyways, java stuff works today for some reason..
No questions asked.  |
