kiba-dock howto

I am searching a howto for the installation of "kiba-dock" (xeffects overlay)

is there anyone who know one?

I want to install the package from the xeffects overlay...

there is the following error:

the akamaru package is in the overlay, too. i have compiled its ebuild before trying to compile the kiba-dock, but the error is there anyhow...
