PLEASE Help :Brother HL1230 Printing only Text (!!!)

Hi,

I've set up the Brother HL-1230 with CUPS, working great, Testpage is printed without Problems, but when I print stuff on windows (set it up with cupsaddsmb) it only prints plain Text,but no pictures.

Does anybody have an idea, what this might be about?

Printing textfiles is no Problem, everything works fine, just the graphics-part. :-/

I also tried to use another ppd-File from

http://www.linuxprinting.org/show_printer.cgi?recnum=Brother-HL-1230

but this didn't change a thing either.

AND I tried using the Adobe PS-Driver, no change.

P.S.: I can't print the windows-testpage either, only strict textfiles.
When I try to print a file with Pictures in it, nothing gets printed,not even the text.
