Kernel Panic on LiveDVD-amd64-2007.0

I would love to try the new 2007.0 but I can't get it past loading the xserver-it kernel panics. I do not have my stuff overclocked and it works fine with my 2.6.21 kernel. What gives?

My hardware: Pentium D 3.20 Abit AW8-955X Intel chip 2 gig Corsair ram NVIDIA 7600GT 2 250GB WD's 1-80GB WD sata drives
