Is it wise to have / on reiser4 and /home on xfs? I'm thinking about this since reiser4 has been reported to be good with handling small files (ebuilds) and XFS is supposedly good with large blocks. I'm not worried too much about stability, I was just wondering whether this would give me a significant improvement in all my emerge --syncs and anything that uses ebuilds. _________________ "Fish have no will to live (will jump into bears' mouths?)"

I make a backup about once every 2 months.
I don't particularly care about my data.
I don't use windows.
I don't want to share data with windows since I don't have a windows machine on my network _________________ "Fish have no will to live (will jump into bears' mouths?)"
