allegro.cfg? Vavoom

but my god.. Allegro is such a pain in the ass. There is no allegro.cfg for me to edit. there is no proper documentation on allegro.cfg in /usr/share/allegro... the allegro-config program doesn't make one for you like the vavoom documentation says it does.. I can't find any references on google about how to make it.. and there's nothing on forums.gentoo.org either. Am I the only person to have noticed this?

FYI, currently the latest stable Allegro ebuild includes the installation of the setup utility (useful for creating an allegro.cfg file from scratch)
