I've got a fully functional gentoo server/desktop, and everything works great except for a strange problem. I cannot connect to Hotmail with any web browser, or with gotmail, which used the curl command. I get "emtpy reply from server".
Anybody have any ideas on this? The only lead I really came across was something about problems with certificates, but mozilla, etc. works fine with any other SSL site.

I fixed this using Curl itself didn't rebuild, but a few things it depended on did, including openssl which has certificates for secure channels.
If openssl refuses to compile, try it again with distcc turned off.
