hello i had a pwer outage when installing gentoo
ok what do i do now.
I had done first stage bootstrap compile and was doing stage2 sys compile before setting time zone. Do i have to do 1st bootstrap compile again (9hrs) or can i just start 2nd stage sys compile?
what steps would i have to do to make sure everything works? |

No need to apologise - and no offence was intended. It's just that I'm sure the moderator will delete one of these threads (this is often done to duplicate issues posted minutes apart) and that's why I want to point people to the other one and request that it's responded too instead of this one.
Recovering from partial-installation is a frequently asked question in the forums and a search will generally show up all kinds of responses on that topic.
Good luck with finishing off your installation. |
