I have literally tried over 10 times in the past 6 months to do a networkless install of gentoo. I've only ever used linux via live boot except ubuntu which was way easy... I'm a windows user and always have been... always will be without your help
I need a guide for EVERY step on how to do a networkless install of gentoo linux... and i've read many documentations etc. and still no go. I also know nothing about using the command line thingo or anything else advanced in linux so please help me!
I'm buying a new pc soon and i hope windows code never touches it... but it will unless i can configure gentoo to install...
Can somebody out there with the time and patience please write me a guide or be my personal gentoo tutor?
Thanks alot in advanced!

Step1 : Get a broadband connection, and a router.
Step2 : Plug in, and install Gentoo the traditional way.
ps. Gentoo requires a lot more time and effort if you are trying to do it without a network connection. |
