emerge mix-up up prefix path for configure

[GNUChild]

After emerging mc and gimp i got following errors:

Warning: file /var/tmp/portage/mc-4.6.0/image//usr/share/mc/extfs/sfs.ini not found

it looks like the prefix for configure is set wrong where do I look after it?

Gentoo Linux 1.4-rc4(stable)
