conflicting configuration fglrx and tvcard

I look at how to config tvcard with gentoo.

It asks me to compile frame buffer support.
Graphics support --->
[*] Support for frame buffer devices

However, I already install my ATI driver(fglrx) with frame buffer disable
Graphics support --->
<> Support for frame buffer devices

So how do I resolve the conflict? Can anyone point out a documentation ?
