"X Error: BadRequest" when i try to run blender

Hi, when i try to open blender i get:
./blender
guessing './blender' == '/home/lepagee/Desktop/blender-2.44-linux-glibc232-py24-i386/./blender'
Compiled with Python version 2.4.1.
Checking for installed Python... got it!

I tied both binary built (from blender.org) and the ebuild anf i get the same result. My system is up to date but i have sunrise, xeffect and sabayon (i use gentoo, not sabayon, but there is some nice apps in this overlay) overlay enable. I dont know where is located the problem. Oh, and i use xorg 7.1 (with fglrx .28 because i have a 9200)

This sounds like some of the problems that were reported with libx11-1.1.2 (see here). These problems are supposed to be fixed in 1.1.2-r1. Please try that version:
