Does an imap transparent proxy (like p3scan)exist?

Hi,
I'm looking for an imap transparent proxy that works like p3scan does with pop3. For example to check imap mail for virus and spam, anyone knows about it?

Nginx can act as transparent imap proxy. But i don't think that it can be used as filter...

I am also not shure how that kind of scan should work??
What would happen if a Virus is found? IMAP-delete commands in the Background?
