web-app config

is there anyway to get this application to install apps like this. /home/$USERNAME/public_html/$DOMAIN/htdocs/$WEBAPP

Yes, you should change the 'vhost_root'-setting in /etc/vhosts/webapp-config.

to? because I've never been able to figure out how to get it to work exactly like this.
