Well, the topic title says it all. I use Texmacs a lot and it worked well until a while a go. But now, I get a segmentation fault every time I try to run it. If I run it as root, on the other hand, then it works! Reemerge doesn't solve the issue and there is no info on the Texmacs website.

Any suggestions?

Cheers,

Sounds like a similar problem I had before. Try deleting the .TeXmacs folder in the user's home folder. This will fix the problem if some files in the folder got corrupted. The user will lose their generated fonts, settings, and auto-saves though; it usually isn't a problem though since the fonts will be regenerated as needed and one can always set their settings again.
