|
|
Hi,
I have XP partition and Gentoo installation.
I can mount my XP patition very easily, and access it from the GNOME terminal.
However, when I tried to open this partition from the GUI, all I have is an empty window.
Is there anything I can do to get an access?
I know it will be read-only, but I don't even have this....
Thank you. |

Three questions...
1) What is the partition type of the XP partition? FAT32, NTFS, other?
2) How are you mounting it? Can you post the mount parameters you are using (or the fstab entry)?
3) Explain what you mean by "when I tried to open this partition from the GUI". Do you mean from a file manager? If so, which one?
I guess that's actually more than three, huh? |
