Hi,
I am running XDM and XFCE4. Root can log in fine. No other user can log in through XDM (they can of course log in through the command line).
What could cause this?

Possible cause: you ran out of disk space. Use df to check. Note that some space is usually reserved for root only, thus root may see a little more space.
Or there's a problem with permissions. |
