Does anyone know of such a thing at a reasonable price? I found the Audioscience AIS series, but they look very expensive.

wintv radio is supported. got mine working once, but since i hardly listen to radio i don't bother setting it up anymore.
they should be available at ebay for a few bucks |

Hmm. That one doesn't appear to be able to do AM radio, though. My favorite baseball team is only on AM, you see. (Go, Braves!)

I've never heard of an internal card for AM radio. Well, not until you posted your link. But those are professional grade. I would think that there would be way too much interference inside the machine for you to listen to an AM signal. Your best bet might be to find a regular AM radio that includes line-out capability. _________________

Naah, it's all in the shielding. Look at the pictures of any tuner card. The radio lives in a nice little metal box and it's really quiet (with respect to RFI) in there.
Besides, I want to be able to tune it with the computer.
