You should test your memory with memtest86+.

I think problem is related to SMP and PREEMPT.
Without SMP system is working without errors.
"CONFIG_PREEMPT_VOLUNTARY=y" reduces errors too.
"CONFIG_PREEMPT=y" is VERY bad .

Faulty BIOS in "asus m2n32 ws" board - uses wrong memory timings :x
My memory is 4-4-4-15 T1. BIOS can`t use and recognise these settings (it`s recognised as 5-5-5-15 and gives errors with the memtes) in my 4G ram and as result i`m getting these cpu errors.
2G 4-4-4-15 T1 works perfectly.4G i even can`t start my system with these timings 8O

i tested (with memtest86+) all mem chips separately and they works with 4-4-4-15 T1 .When i put them all together system don`t want to start 8O
Now i have 4G dual channel memory but timings must be 4-4-4-15 T2
