Have you checked out the Linux WLAN project?
http://www.linux-wlan.org/
They have several resources dedicated to getting WLAN cards working under linux.
Additionally, you might try searching google:
http://www.google.com/linux
Searching for "WPC11 driver", I was able to find several pertinent results, including the following:

Found that hermes works with the WPC11 but could not find anything on the other card.
I should have post the ? as which driver supplied with Gentoo will work or how do I add a driver?
