So iwconfig says that eth1 is associated and everything should be good, but if I try anything such as internet, or even just

 ping -Ieth1 192.168.1.1

or
Code:
ping -Ieth1 www.google.com


I get messages about packets being sent, but no matter how long I wait nothing is ever recieved. Any ideas?

Did you configure DNS? What about the default route?
