Hi, I hope I'm right here with my question.... I use gnome-ppp on an UMTS card to connect to the internet. Invoking it as root works fine, but when I try to use it as a normal user it gives some errors: Cannot open /dev/tts/USB0: Device or resource busy Any ideas? br Alexander

just add you're self to uucp group and re-login to system
