I just downloaded 1.1a three-stage iso, and managed to install. I followed the doc with no problem until compiling the kernel with segfault. If I tried make menuconfig with different configurations then the compilation process segfaulted at different places. I have abit BP6 mobo with Athlon 1.4GHz. 512M RDRAM. Does anyone have any experience with this and know how to get way from it?
Thanks for any help! |

Mmmm, I've wanted something like that for a few years now.
I've got Gentoo on a bp6 too, but just have 550 celerons. Probably a lot faster with athlons... |
