Modphp and apache 2.0 no worky

Every time i emerge Php it configures for apache 1.3.27 even tough i have 2.0.45 installed can anyone offer advice on how to fix this?

Make sure you have

Nope i have that as a use flag hence emerging apache2, i also have keywords ~X86 thingy

Double check you're use flags. You can still emerge Apache2 without having the USE="apache2" flag set.
