www-servers/apache-2.2.4-r10 introduce both dev-libs/apr-1.2.8 dev-libs/apr-util-1.2.8-r1 and dev-libs/apr-1.2.9 what is of course forbidden ...
I think there is a bug in apache ebuild ... any one can confirm before I open a bug ?
I removed apr and apr-util, since it usually fixes this kind of bug, but, today, it did not.

I did a search for apr and apache in open bugs ... and of course, as usual, maints mark bugs closed before they actually are ...

They altered the ebuild in a way it fixes the bug without esync mentions it in the logs ...

Well, in what way wasn't it closed? The problem was fixed. Personally, I always search for all bug types by default, because the open bugs are often completely irrelevant. If they are relevant, then they usually have no solution. Even adding ALL, which is often recommended, is mostly useless AFAIC. You have to do an advanced query and make it really search all the types.
