I have truble's with install.........

q all. sorry for my bad english.
i have problems with gentoo. i want to install it.
but i have 3 p:
1) my internet isn't working.
but
# ifconfig eth0
is show my network card.
than i configure this..ip,dns,broadcast,mask.
i can ping my ip(internal)
i can ping my neighbour...BUT i can't ping my broadcast! and can't ping internet site's.........so i only can ping internal computers...

2) i can't mount boot part.
i print
#mount /dev/sda1 /mnt/genoo/boot
and there is "No acces" or "Acces denied"...=(((

3) where i can find directory stage3?? in my live.cd there isn't :cry:

In response to your second problem, you have to be logged in as root. In gentoo, on the minimal CD, you will automatically be root. On the live CD, type "sudo su" to become root, then mount your partitions.

As for the stage3 tarball, head to the Gentoo mirror list and pick one. Then navigate to releases/{your_arch}/current/ and get the stage3-{your_arch}-2007.0.tar.bz2 file. Replace {your_arch} with your computer's architecture. (likely x86 or amd64)

Your first problem I am not so sure of, but I think you can run net-setup eth0 and try to set up networking that way.

1. did you put DNS enrty in /etc/resolv.conf ?
2. As posted above root access needed
3. depending on the liveCD if is a minimal you will not find you can download from any mirror with wget o links
