xine - memory leak after trying to change settings

Hi,

Since quite a long time, I've had this problem with xine, but since I'm trying to move to gentoo 100%, I would like to sort it out.


Problem is that, when I will try to change some options in xine setting, by scroling some drop down menu ( like for example driver select ), xine starts to consume 100% cpu + it will use all remaining memory. Usually it leads to system crash .... from time to time I'll manage to close it by stupid X window killer app ;D but after this, another try gives my a full system hang ;X
