Hello,
After `emerge -Du world` my PCMCIA net card dont want be ifplugged, ifplugstatus show that it is not compatible and it cant detec the link beat, but before that update everything was fine and worked well.
Now even that PCMCIA card dont want to stop, i dont have it in rc but it starts automaticlly and try to obtain ip, even if i stop it manually i stars again.
I search a net for a simillar problem but without a success :/ |

Double-check your use-flags. If you originally did Code: | USE="..." emerge ... | instead of setting the use flags in make.conf or package.use, then the update might have wiped out some use flag that you needed. Also do then if there's nothing weird and something needed to be rebuilt do
Also, try stopping ifplugd then stop the card manually. |
