Battery information through ACPI (Laptop)

I have a very weird behavior of ACPI and battery information on my Samsung R70 laptop. It says that design capacity is 5200, but last full capacity was 5700. I have almost always connected to electricity so I don't use battery much. The odd thing is that sometimes I see a 100% and sometimes a 97% of charge...

I filed a bug upstream, in kernel's bugzilla, but I wanted to know if there are someone having this strange issue with ACPI..
