So habe eine neue GraKa drinnen:

Und der X lässt sich nur mit vesatreiber starten.

Bin mir aber nicht sicher welchen ich nutzen muss, den 3dfx oder den Voodoo1
Ich glaube eher den 3dfx, aberich weß nich, oder is das wie bei nvidia, die blockieren sich.
Der XTreiber ist aber installiert.

Die /var/log/Xorg.0.log sollte Auskunft geben, was beim Starten mit dem Voodo-Treiber schief geht.
Aber als "neu" würde ich die Grafikkarte nun nicht bezeichnen *g*

Soweit so gut aber dann:

Also hab ich wohl den falschen Treiber, oder?
Ja gut, ich habe sie frisch drinnen, das heißt nicht das sie neu ist.
Sie lag halt rum, ich hab halt meinen Ram entlastenwollen, die Onboard Karte hat sich 32 MB geschnappt.
