Jabberd2: "Not Authorized" Presence Information

I've gotten Jabberd2 working without error, at least in the logs and no blocked packets, and people on other servers can start conversations with me, but I can't start any with them, and we can't see each other's presence information (status). Is there anything I could try to fix this problem?

These other friends of mine are using Google Talk; could this be a part of the problem?
