kernel 2.6.22-r5 sata exception sata_via

after having upgrade to kernel 2.6.22-r5 i got this kind of error on a SATA driver and the drive stop after a while

hi back,
seetools told me the disk is good, short test and long test
so it's not about the disk itself

i got no error at all using the DD with another computer under windows,
so it could be :
1 - the alimentation (but i didn't change it)
2 - the kernel (but i revert back 2.6.21 and got the same trouble)

could anyone help me or provide me some advice please ?
