devo riprodurre questo filmato salvato in mov a 720p (HD), ma non ci riesco, (al momento sto provando su una macchina troppo lenta, lo so, ma devo solo vedere se và per poi passarlo ad una macchina più veloce...).
ho provato con xine, mplayer, e totem, ma nulla.

dal sito di mplayer il codec dovrebbe essere supportato, (usando l'ultima versione), ma non funziona. sul forum ho trovato degli altri post sull'argomento e tutti risolvevano usando l'ultima versione di xine.
il filmato non è protetto, è stato fatto apposta per essere riprodotto con un pc con linux (al bit di milano, stand di Venezia!!), se trovo il modo di farlo andare...  non fatemi usate windows con su il quicktime... please...
se qualcuno conosce un formato video in hd (1280x720) che sicuramente funziona su linux, a me va bebe uguale, mi rifaccio convertire il filmato.

questo è quanto ti dice di fare il file che ti sputa nell'errore. lo so che non è bello doversi fare tutto questo sbattimento. però il fatto è che non ti trova prorpio il codec a quanto vedo.

non và, ho scaricao i codec che mi hai suggerito dal sito di mplayer (essential-20050412.tar.bz2 e qt63dlls-20050115.tar.bz2 ) scompattati in /usr/local/lib/codecs/ e ricompilato mplayer... ma nulla, non si vede, esattamente com prima.

qualcuno conosce un formato video in alta definizione che funziona di sicuro su gentoo?
tra 5 giorni devo montare il player in fiera a milano... e se non riesco a farlo andare faccio la figura dell'idiota (che magari anche me la merito) |

non c'è stato verso di riprodurli neache con installato quicktime player su windows... 
ma che XXX di filmati mi hanno dato? mah... lo considero risolto, visto che il problema non era mio!!  |
