links is an altogether pleasant web browsing experience.. and also shows you quite quickly which sites are horribly coded!
Hmmm.. anyone else think links being included in the gentoo install (along with an irc client) would be a good thing? I'm going to post to the devel stuff and see what everyone thinks! _________________ pmj / [a]orange |

No -- the install should provide the minimum amount necessary to get a functional linux system up and running. It should be up to the user to install what they want from there. That's why there's no MTA installed by default, for instance. So you can pick whichever one you want.
I'm going to split the this post and the preceding one into their own thread in gentoo suggestions.
