Hey Helena, may that be the problem with me, I have 1Gb RAM. Also thought it may be some problem with the TFT panel, but that memory bug has more sense.

Going to cheick it out, because I only see a blank screen when entering frame buffer. The same happens when booting Knoppix.

In another way I've tried to make it run in another machine (P3@500, 256 Mb, voodoo3) but the characters cannot be read, i only see lines and weird figures. I supouse that is teh monitor's fault, cause it's very old.

If some of you figure taht it could be for another reasons, please tell me

Maybe too noob for you, but, can anybody tell me how to aply the pacth? Never patched a kernel before. :oops:
