ASRock AM2NF3-VSTA success stories?

I want to upgrade the hardware on my Gentoo/MythTV box. I need a mobo with lots of PCI slots (2 tuner cards, 1 wireless network card, my old PCI graphics card that does everything I need it to so I'd rather not through away, and ideally a spare one, e.g. for a sound card if the on-board sound is no good). I'm struggling to find one without spending a fortune.

Pretty much the only budget mobo with 5 PCI slots I could find was ASRock AM2NF3-VSTA (£33 from eBuyer in the UK). Does anyone have any experience of this? Or recommend an alternative that won't break the bank?
