|
|
Hi,
after finally being able to compile kdebase-kioslaves with HAL support I'm still unable to mount my USB devices (CD's work fine)... I get the usual "wrong fs type" message and dmesg says:
Code: |
Unable to load NLS charset utf-8
FAT: IO charset utf-8 not found
|
It seems that HAL tries to mount my device with "iocharset=utf-8" instead of "iocharset=utf8". Is there a way to set the iocharset manually or something ? |

Do you have UTF8 NLS support in kernel (and loaded)? _________________

Yes and if I mount manually with pmount or mount -o iocharset=utf8, it works fine. |
