Po pelnej aktualizacji systemu. Padly mi x-y.
więc
X-y wstaly tyle że w rozdzielczości 1024x768, powinno byc oczywiscie 1280x800.
Dodam ze wyrzucilem sporo flag z make.conf (przed aktualizacja).
W czym moze tkwic przyczyna?? Moze pominąlem jakies flagi dla Xorg.
emerge --info wkleje z wieczora 
PS zegar wskazuje przyszlosc to jest spieszy sie 2h.

Używasz nvidii? Czy mógłbyś podesłać make.conf i xorg.conf ? Kolejne pytanie: czy przez przypadek nie robiłeś upgrade'u kernela? |

Używam nvidii GeForce Go 7600 256MB. w make.conf mam ustawione VIDEO_CARDS="nv vmware vesa nvidia", flag z pamieci nie podam. Wkleje je wieczorem. tak samo xorg.conf.
Dodam ze przed aktualizacja wypelnilo xorg.conf i rozdzielczosc 1280x800 hulala.

Po aktualizacji trzeba wykonac to polecenie.
Niekiedy z nowa wersja programu sa wprowadzane powazne zmiany w konfigach (np. ostatnia odslona apache ) |

Chyba coś się popsuło w dołączaniu xorg.conf - jeśli nie, to chyba nic dziwnego, że taki niedojedzony nie chce działać...

Mi działa bezbłędnie (ASUS A6Q00VC, nvidia i gentoo only ) Niektórymi nazwami się nie przejmuj. Aha, cała sekcja TwinView jest, jak widać zakomentowana, bo jak nie używam dwóch wyświetlaczy, to po co marnować moc karty graficznej? |

Modes pokazuje rozdzielczości które będą dostępne w Xach. Wpisz sobie taką jaką chcesz, usuń te których nie chcesz, czyli w twoim przypadku "1280x800". |
