Could not find email template file :: privmsg_email

I have this error when trying to send all my PM to my mail account. Is this bug or intent action?

It looks like the template is missing in some of the language packs, we'll have to get them translated. In the mean time if you can change your language to English in your profile you will be able to email the PMs, then you can change the language back.

Switching to english helps. Using polish language cause the problem, so check this template

English template isn't in utf so i have some atrefacts in messages sent by mail.
