I've just started using irssi (coming from xchat), and the one thing I really miss is a "pane" (window/frame/container/whatever) with all the channels I've joined, and the ability to switch between channels with Ctrl + Page Up/Down.
I'm pretty sure I'll be able to figure out the latter with the keybindings, but can anyone tell me how to configure the former?

Just jon a chan with (/j #chan), than you can switch the chans with ALT+[12345...]
Thats it.

Thanks, but it's not quite what I'm looking for.
Anyway, I found that I can use Alt + Left/Right to switch between windows/channels, which is half of wjat I'm looking for.
It'll be bloody confusing if used at the console though.
