New stage2 + stage3 files

I made another set of (unofficial) stage2 + stage3 tarballs, both for generic powerpc and G4 machines current to last night's portage (which btw is getting pretty nice for ppc, smoother all the time). They are available at http://gentooppc.macdiscussion.com or http://eclipse.darkstar.net/~gerk/

Since they have been used by forums people and mentioned in here a few times I figured it was worth posting for forum users
